How it works
Welcome to the City of Blacktown rewards program to reward you for living green in our City.
GreenMoney allows your household to earn rewards for recycling and living green. The more green actions you take, the more discounts and rewards you earn. Best of all – you save money for taking green actions around the City. It's a simple way to green your lifestyle and get rewarded!
1. Put recyclable items in your recycling bin.
Once you have successfully registered, your household will immediately start earning reward points for recycling each fortnight and taking other green actions. Just put your household recyclable items in your yellow lidded recycling bin – it's that simple!
2. Earn points and redeem online.
Points will be equally distributed to each household based on the average weight of recyclables collected on your household's collection day – so the more your community or building recycles, the more you earn. The only hard part will be deciding where to spend your reward points.
3. Shop at your local businesses and save!
When you've earned enough green points redeem for exclusive discounts and savings on groceries, entertainment and eating out at fantastic venues in your area. If you need help with how to redeem your points, check out our help desk by clicking on the 'Help' button.
